As a leader of the Hunter Durham Team, Eric combines decades of real estate experience with a background in finance, accounting, construction, investing, and home renovation to help clients make confident, informed decisions.

Eric began his career in 1998 as a mortgage broker, where he gained invaluable experience completing hundreds of real estate transactions. Along the way, he also developed expertise in rental properties, residential development, and real estate investing. Today, that diverse background allows him to anticipate challenges, develop creative solutions, and guide clients through every stage of the buying or selling process.

Known for his honest advice, strategic thinking, and strong negotiation skills, Eric believes real estate is about more than buying and selling homes.
